'The White Tiger' Review

The White Tiger is written by Arvind Adiga in 2008. Which is his Booker Prize winner novel. Here is my review regarding this book.

 #  The portrayal of India shown in this text is:
- Crowdy and areas full with slums
- Pollution
- Poverty
- Corruption in every field is shown in real

 # Balram's story is an archetype of 'rags and riches'. The story has the same story of a poor boy who suddenly becomes rich.

 # Derrida's idea of deconstruction can be applied here too..

- Balram has killed his master and became rich. Here he could have done hard work to become rich or he could have stolen the money only.

- He had done crime and then also he said he is not guilty.
- Even he don't care for his family.

In India servants are found most faithful person in family. But here Balram betrayed his master. He believes that he is better than Ashok his master, but actually he just giving false satisfaction to himself.

Thank You.
